Refund, Return & Replacement Policy

At BakaiTees Mania Private Limited, we aim to deliver high-quality print-on-demand apparel with proper care, packaging, and quality checks. Since our products are printed on demand and processed specifically as per customer orders, we follow a strict No Return and No Refund Policy.


However, we offer replacement only in eligible cases where the product received is wrong, defective, damaged, or does not match the confirmed order.


1. No Return Policy
BakaiTees Mania Private Limited does not accept returns once the order has been placed, processed, dispatched, or delivered.
Returns will not be accepted for reasons including, but not limited to:
Change of mind after placing the order
Incorrect size selected by the customer
Dislike of colour, design, fit, or fabric feel
Accidental order placement
Product no longer required
Minor colour variation due to screen/display settings
Delay caused by courier/logistics partners
Any reason other than a verified defect, damage, or wrong product delivery
Customers are requested to carefully check the size chart, product description, colour, and order details before placing the order.

2. No Refund Policy
BakaiTees Mania Private Limited follows a strict No Refund Policy.
Refunds will not be provided once an order is placed, processed, dispatched, or delivered.
In eligible cases, the customer will be offered replacement only, as per the terms mentioned in this policy.


3. Replacement Policy
Replacement will be provided only in the following cases:
- Wrong product delivered
- Wrong size delivered by BakaiTees Mania
- Damaged product received
- Manufacturing defect
- Printing defect
- Missing item from the order
Replacement will be approved only after proper verification by the BakaiTees Mania support team.


4. Size-Related Replacement
Replacement will not be provided if the customer has selected the wrong size while placing the order.
Size replacement will be accepted only if:
The size delivered is different from the size mentioned in the confirmed order, or
The product received is damaged or defective
Customers are advised to check the size chart carefully before placing the order.


5. Replacement Request Timeline
Customers must raise a replacement request within 48 hours of delivery.
Requests received after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.


6. Proof Required for Replacement
To request a replacement, the customer must provide:
- Order ID or invoice
- Clear photographs of the product
- Clear photographs showing the defect, damage, wrong product, or issue
- Clear photographs of the packaging, if required
- A short description of the issue
- An unboxing video is not compulsory, but clear product photos and order details are mandatory.
BakaiTees Mania Private Limited reserves the right to reject any replacement request if the proof provided is incomplete, unclear, edited, misleading, or insufficient.


7. Product Condition for Replacement
The product must be:
Unused
Unwashed
Unworn, except for trial
Unstained
Undamaged by the customer
Returned with original packaging and tags, wherever applicable
Replacement will not be accepted if the product appears to be used, washed, altered, stained, damaged, or tampered with after delivery.


8. Print-on-Demand and Custom Products
All products of BakaiTees Mania are print-on-demand products.
Print-on-demand, customized, or personalized products are not eligible for return, refund, or cancellation.
Replacement will be provided only if the product received is damaged, defective, wrongly printed, or different from the confirmed order.


9. Replacement Process
Once a replacement request is received:
The customer must contact BakaiTees Mania support within 48 hours of delivery.
The customer must share the order ID and required photographs.
Our team will verify the issue.
If the replacement request is approved, BakaiTees Mania will arrange the replacement process.
The replacement product will be dispatched within approximately 7 working days after approval and verification.
The final decision regarding approval or rejection of replacement shall rest with BakaiTees Mania Private Limited.


10. Reverse Pickup and Shipping Charges
If the replacement is approved due to an error from BakaiTees Mania, such as damaged product, wrong product, wrong size sent, manufacturing defect, or printing defect, the shipping/replacement cost will be borne by BakaiTees Mania Private Limited.
If any issue arises due to customer-side error, the customer shall bear the applicable shipping or handling charges, wherever applicable.


11. Cancellation Policy
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
Since our products are print-on-demand and are processed specifically for each customer, cancellation requests will not be accepted after order placement.


12. Non-Eligible Cases for Replacement
Replacement will not be provided in the following cases:
- Request raised after 48 hours of delivery
- Customer selected the wrong size
- Customer changed their mind after delivery
- Customer disliked the colour, design, fit, or material feel
- Product has been used, washed, stained, damaged, or altered
- Minor colour variation due to lighting or screen/display settings
- Incomplete or insufficient proof submitted
- Damage caused after delivery
- Product not returned in original condition, wherever return pickup is required


13. Refund in Exceptional Circumstances
Although BakaiTees Mania follows a strict No Refund Policy, if a replacement is approved but the same product is unavailable or replacement cannot be fulfilled due to operational reasons, BakaiTees Mania Private Limited may issue a refund at its discretion.
Such refund, if applicable, will be processed only after verification and approval by the company.
